{"id":340,"date":"2012-02-09T15:20:10","date_gmt":"2012-02-09T14:20:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ph.inboundmarketer.es\/?page_id=340"},"modified":"2012-02-09T15:20:10","modified_gmt":"2012-02-09T14:20:10","slug":"revestimientos-anticorrosivos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/grupopht.com\/en\/aplicaciones\/revestimientos-anticorrosivos\/","title":{"rendered":"Revestimientos anticorrosivos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los revestimientos anticorrosivos se realizan en aquellos casos en que, bien por consideraciones estructurales, bien por las grandes dimensiones de la construcci\u00f3n, se considera t\u00e9cnica o econ\u00f3micamente inviable la fabricaci\u00f3n de un refuerzo estructural en <a href=\"\/materiales\/compuestos-frp\/\"><strong>material FRP<\/strong><\/a>. En estos casos, la soluci\u00f3n frente a los problemas de corrosi\u00f3n pasa por la aplicaci\u00f3n de revestimientos sobre sustratos estructurales, por norma general hormig\u00f3n o acero.<\/p>\n<p>Para la realizaci\u00f3n de este tipo de revestimientos anticorrosivos <span style=\"color: #0a6bcc\"><strong>PH Technology<\/strong><\/span> utiliza, en funci\u00f3n b\u00e1sicamente de la naturaleza del fluido de operaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como la temperatura, dos tipos de soluciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aplicaci\u00f3n de un laminado FRP formulado en base a resinas epoxi vinilester.<\/li>\n<li>Aplicaci\u00f3n de un liner de material termopl\u00e1stico, generalmente fluoropol\u00edmero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La primera de las soluciones permite la realizaci\u00f3n in-situ de revestimientos resistentes hasta 120\u00baC, l\u00edmite fijado por la estabilidad de la resina elegida frente al medio y temperatura de dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Esta opci\u00f3n est\u00e1 generalmente destinada a la aplicaci\u00f3n de revestimientos de superficies de hormig\u00f3n o acero de grandes dimensiones.<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n basada en la aplicaci\u00f3n de fluoropol\u00edmeros permite temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s elevadas, debido a la estabilidad de los propios materiales. No menos relevante en estos casos es el sistema adhesivo utilizado, especialmente a elevadas temperaturas. El rendimiento final del revestimiento aplicado depende pr\u00e1cticamente en partes iguales tanto del fluoropol\u00edmero utilizado como del sistema adhesivo usado para su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esta opci\u00f3n se utiliza principalmente en la fabricaci\u00f3n de revestimientos sobre equipos de acero, a realizar en taller debido al procedimiento de aplicaci\u00f3n del sistema adhesivo.
