Ingenier\u00eda Internacional en el Sector de los Metales No Ferrosos, y est\u00e1 protegida bajo patente PCT\/ES2010070781 y Copyright con n\u00famero de referencia 05\/2006\/332 para la denominaci\u00f3n ZACT \u201cZincobre Atmospheric Cooling Towers&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Estos equipos se caracterizan por trabajar en ambientes altamente corrosivos (de ah\u00ed su fabricaci\u00f3n en materiales pl\u00e1sticos), as\u00ed como por alcanzar importantes saltos t\u00e9rmicos y manejar fluidos con alta concentraci\u00f3n de s\u00f3lidos en suspensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Condiciones de operaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En el caso de la torre para Las Lagunas, las condiciones de trabajo fueron:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Caudal: 128 m\u00b3\/h<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura de entrada: 97\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura de salida: 45\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f3lidos en suspensi\u00f3n: 34%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Dise\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Las torres fabricadas bajo la patente ZACT son de secci\u00f3n octogonal, fabric\u00e1ndose tanto la torre como el demister a partir de paneles que son finalmente ensamblados en obra.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de la torre para Las Lagunas, las dimensiones de los diferentes elementos fueron:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Di\u00e1metro (inscrito): 5300 mm<\/li>\n<li>Altura de torre: 12000 mm<\/li>\n<li>Altura de demister: 930 mm<\/li>\n<li>Di\u00e1metro de difusor: 3500 mm (tobera convergente \/ divergente)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Material<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El material de construcci\u00f3n fue 100% en FRP en base a resina epoxi vinilester novolac (en concreto DERAKANE 470\/300), debido a la alta solicitaci\u00f3n del fluido.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n fue \u00edntegramente mediante moldeo por contacto. Para ello, hubieron de fabricarse moldes exclusivos para la fabricaci\u00f3n de los paneles de torre y demister, as\u00ed como para los sectores que conformaban el difusor (geometr\u00eda alabeada). El dise\u00f1o de dichos moldes fue realizado \u00edntegramente por <span style=\"color: #0a6bcc\"><strong>PH Technology<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>El peso final del conjunto est\u00e1 en torno a los 8000 kg<\/p>\n<p>La fabricaci\u00f3n de la torre se realiz\u00f3 durante el segundo semestre del a\u00f1o 2011.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-1155 gallery-columns-7
