El di\u00e1metro principal se fij\u00f3 en \u00d82500, para una capacidad total de 30 m3.<br \/>\nDisponen adem\u00e1s de un fald\u00f3n de apoyo para su montaje.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0a6bcc\"><strong>PH Technology<\/strong><\/span> fue responsable del dise\u00f1o mec\u00e1nico (conforme al c\u00f3digo BS4994) y fabricaci\u00f3n de dichos equipos.<\/p>\n<h4>Condiciones de operaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>El condicionante m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico en estos equipos era tanto la temperatura de operaci\u00f3n, 80\u00baC, como el brusco salto t\u00e9rmico entre las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n y las de parada por limpieza, de hasta 60\u00baC.<br \/>\nLa presi\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o se fijaba en vac\u00edo absoluto.<br \/>\nEl fluido de operaci\u00f3n era \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico al 54% de concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Material<\/h4>\n<p>Los equipos fueron fabricados en material FRP en base a resina epoxi vinilester tipo bisfenol-A DERAKANE 411\/350 en todo el laminado.<\/p>\n<h4>Cliente<\/h4>\n<p>FMC Foret S.A.<\/p>\n<h4>Emplazamiento<\/h4>\n<p>Planta FMC Foret S.A.<br \/>\nHuelva, Espa\u00f1a<\/p>\n<h4>A\u00f1o de ejecuci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>1999<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aplicaci\u00f3n especialmente cr\u00edtica debido a los condicionantes de origen t\u00e9rmico durante su operaci\u00f3n.
