The support structure of the filler was also coated.<br \/>\nThe work carried out by <span style=\"color: #0a6bcc\"><strong>PH Technology<\/strong><\/span> included the application of anticorrosive coatings to walls and structures, manufacture of the internal supply and distribution piping system, final assembly of the tower, and the subcontraction of the manufacturing of the A \u00baC\u00ba elements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe evaporation tower was designed to receive its operating fluid at a maximum temperature of 37\u00baC.<br \/>\nThe cooling water contains fluorine, phosphorous and fluosilicic acid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Material<\/strong><br \/>\nThe coating had a bisphenol-A vinylester resin DERAKANE 411\/350 based FRP throughout the laminate.<br \/>\nThe thickness of the coating was 5mm.<br \/>\nThe internal supply and distribution piping system was manufactured in PP-H.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client<\/strong><br \/>\nFertiberia S.A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><br \/>\nPlanta de Fertiberia S.A.<br \/>\nHuelva, Spain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Year of Completion<\/strong><br \/>\n2004<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Application Construction of an evaporation tower with a closed cooling circuit at a chemical plant.
