The maximum capacity of the system was 150 m\u00b3\/h.<br \/>\nHuelva Plastics was responsible for the manufacture and assembly of the systems.<br \/>\nIn all, three racks of microfilters and a CIP plant were manufactured.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\nThis equipment was designed for a maximum operating pressure of 4 bar, and was tested to a pressure of 6 bar.<br \/>\nThe operating fluid is water, together with an acidic cleaning solution.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ph.inboundmarketer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/42_01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/ph.inboundmarketer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/42_01-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Bastidores de microfiltraci\u00f3n y planta CIP\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-755\" \/><\/a><strong>Material<\/strong><br \/>\nThe piping system for the racks was manufactured from PE100.<br \/>\nThe piping system for the CIP plant was manufactured from PE100 and PVC-C<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client<\/strong><br \/>\nPall Espa\u00f1a S.A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><br \/>\nPlanta Lexan I<br \/>\nF\u00e1brica GE Plastics de Espa\u00f1a<br \/>\nCartagena, Spain<\/p>\n<p><strong>Year of Completion<\/strong><br \/>\n2007<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Application These were low pressure microfiltration (MF) units, located upstream of a reverse osmosis (RO) stage.
