The FRP material was used for air flights, while the PE100 was used in the buried sections.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0a6bcc\"><strong>PH Technology<\/strong><\/span> was responsible for the design, supply, manufacture and installation of the complete cooling system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operating Conditions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe design conditions imosed were 7 bar of pressure and a temperature of 30\u00baC in the supply lines, and 3 bar of pressure and a temperature of 40\u00ba in the return lines.<br \/>\nA flexibility analysis was performed throughout the raised sections using CAESAR II to size the elements of the pipework and its supporting structures correctly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Material<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/ph.inboundmarketer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/52_dscn2096.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-664\" title=\"tuber\u00edas refrigeraci\u00f3n grupos diesel\" src=\"http:\/\/ph.inboundmarketer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/52_dscn2096-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grupopht.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/02\/52_dscn2096-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/grupopht.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/02\/52_dscn2096-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/grupopht.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/02\/52_dscn2096.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>The arial sections were constructed of an isophthalic acid polyester resin based FRP.<br \/>\nThe buried sections were constructed of PE100 polyethylene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client<\/strong><br \/>\nEndesa Generaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><br \/>\nCentral Diesel Melilla,<br \/>\nMelilla<br \/>\nSpain<\/p>\n<p><strong>Year of Completion<\/strong><br \/>\n2009<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Application In this project an existing cooling system in A\u00b0C\u00b0 material at the Melilla diesel plant was replaced with a new system in GRP and PE100 materials.
