Application<\/strong>
\nPH Technology<\/strong><\/span> was responsible for the supply, installation and structural support of plastic pipe systems in the context of the proposed expansion of a copper and polymetallic production plant for mining operations in Stained Water.<\/p>\n

Characteristics<\/strong>
\nThe installation amounted to approximately 2100 meters of pipe, ranging from \u00d890 to \u00d8350 in diameter, and the entire length had to be supported above ground, hence the importance of correct supporting structures. This required about 25 tons of supporting material (A\u00b0C\u00b0), designed and assembled entirely by PH Technology<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Because of the abrasive nature of the fluid numerous bends with a radius of curvature of 5 times the diameter of the pipework had to be manufactured and assembled.<\/p>\n

Operating conditions<\/strong>
\nOperating limits were fixed at 5 bar of pressure and a temparature of 40\u00baC.<\/p>\n

Material<\/strong>
\nThe whole installation was completed in PE100<\/p>\n
