\nSe trata de la fabricaci\u00f3n de tramos de tuber\u00eda en material PE100 para la realizaci\u00f3n de sifones instalados bajo la nueva l\u00ednea de AVE Madrid Lisboa.

\nCaracter\u00edsticas<\/strong>
\nCon el objeto de facilitar el trasvase de agua de regad\u00edo de un lado al otro de la v\u00eda, se han fabricado un total de cinco sifones. Para ello, se ha introducido tuber\u00eda de PE por el interior de una camisa de hormig\u00f3n. Los di\u00e1metros utilizados han sido \u00d81400, \u00d81200 y \u00d8710 para sumar una totalidad de aproximadamente 450 mt de tubo.
\nLas uniones fueron realizadas mediante el procedimiento soldadura por termofusi\u00f3n a tope.
\nSe utilizaron dos m\u00e1quinas de soldar, de capacidad m\u00e1xima \u00d81600 y \u00d81200 respectivamente.
\nSe trata de una instalaci\u00f3n que opera por gravedad.
\nLa elecci\u00f3n del materiale PE100 fue realizada con el objeto de asegurar una perfecta estanqueidad en las uniones entre tubo y evitar as\u00ed riesgo de fugas.
