Dise\u00f1o, fabricaci\u00f3n y montaje de soportaci\u00f3n met\u00e1lica para el sistema de tuber\u00edas correspondiente a la nueva planta EDR de la ETAP ATLL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caracter\u00edsticas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El sistema de tuber\u00edas a soportar es de material FRP<\/a>, con un di\u00e1metro m\u00e1ximo de DN800.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido precisamente al tipo de material y a la intrincada geometr\u00eda de las l\u00edneas, el dise\u00f1o ha requerido un estudio conjunto del sistema tuber\u00eda\/soporte con el objeto de asegurar el correcto comportamiento de dicho sistema. Para ello, se ha debido realizar un estudio de flexibilidad de todas las l\u00edneas para acometer el posterior dise\u00f1o de la soportaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todas las fases del dise\u00f1o, as\u00ed como la fabricaci\u00f3n y el montaje en obra, han sido desarrolladas por PH Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condiciones de operaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Los condicionantes de dise\u00f1o se han basado en las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n de las distintas l\u00edneas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Material<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El material utilizado para la fabricaci\u00f3n de la soportaci\u00f3n es acero al carbono de calidad S235<\/strong>. La cantidad total de soportes instalados es de 132.000 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
