A esto hay que sumar que estos pl\u00e1sticos de ingenier\u00eda son&nbsp;<strong>resistentes a la corrosi\u00f3n y a las sustancias qu\u00edmicas<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de ser, algunos de ellos,&nbsp;<strong>compatibles<\/strong>&nbsp;a estas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal de los&nbsp;<a href=\"\/\/\/Users\/lauragarcialinero\/Desktop\/blog.ph-technology.net\/plasticos-de-calidad-para-la-industria-quimica.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pl\u00e1sticos t\u00e9cnicos de calidad para la industria qu\u00edmica<\/a>&nbsp;ha sido siempre sustituir al metal por diferentes materiales pl\u00e1sticos&nbsp;<strong>resistentes a todo tipo de \u00e1cidos, a medios alcalinos, sustancias disolventes, temperaturas muy elevadas y al vapor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los criterios m\u00e1s importantes a la hora de probar pl\u00e1sticos resistentes a sustancias qu\u00edmicas o su compatibilidad con las mismas son la&nbsp;<strong>temperatura, la concentraci\u00f3n del qu\u00edmico y el tiempo que el pl\u00e1stico estar\u00e1 expuesto a la sustancia y la carga mec\u00e1nica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tengamos en cuenta que cuando un pl\u00e1stico no cuenta con la resistencia qu\u00edmica adecuada, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, se hinchar\u00e1 o se reblandecer\u00e1. Esto, dar\u00e1 lugar a la reducci\u00f3n o desaparici\u00f3n de forma pr\u00e1cticamente inmediata de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y funcionalidades del material en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Polietileno PE 300 (HDPE)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El polietileno es uno de los pl\u00e1sticos m\u00e1s usados debido a que cuenta con un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mico y sencillo. Es un pl\u00e1stico de ingenier\u00eda resistente a grandes impactos que aporta, adem\u00e1s, una&nbsp;<strong>excelente resistencia qu\u00edmica<\/strong>&nbsp;con una absorci\u00f3n de humedad bastante baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PE 500<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El PE 500 tiene una mayor resistencia a los impactos y al desgaste si lo comparamos con el anterior, el PE 300. Es un material realmente fuerte que&nbsp;<strong>resiste a los productos qu\u00edmicos y a las bajas temperaturas de forma excelente<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de tener una absorci\u00f3n humedad muy baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PE 1000<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El PE 1000 tambi\u00e9n conocido como PE UHMW (Ultra-high molecular weight) es uno de los pl\u00e1sticos t\u00e9cnicos m\u00e1s demandados. Adem\u00e1s de ofrecer un excelente coeficiente de fricci\u00f3n y una gran resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n e impactos, este material&nbsp;<strong>destaca en la industria qu\u00edmica por resistir a una gran variedad de productos qu\u00edmicos y compuestos sin deteriorarse<\/strong>. Hay que tener en cuenta que el PE 1000 tampoco es t\u00f3xico, carece de olor y soporta muy bien la humedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PET<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las resinas de poli\u00e9ster son&nbsp;<strong>demandadas en la industria qu\u00edmica por su excelente resistencia a diversos productos<\/strong>, pero tambi\u00e9n por su combinaci\u00f3n de propiedades mec\u00e1nicas, t\u00e9rmicas y de estabilidad dimensional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PTFE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Material \u00f3ptimo para fabricar&nbsp;<strong>tubos por los que circulan productos qu\u00edmicos corrosivos<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n para estructuras que los almacenen. Del mismo modo, es excelente para revestimientos, dada su&nbsp;<strong>capacidad para combatir la corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nylon 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Probablemente unos&nbsp;<strong>de los mejores poliamidas resistentes a productos qu\u00edmicos como los \u00e1cidos y los \u00e1lcalis<\/strong>. A lo que hay que sumar que el Nylon 6 es resistente a la tracci\u00f3n y abrasi\u00f3n, entre otras capacidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PVC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El PVC es un material que se caracteriza por su larga vida \u00fatil. Adem\u00e1s, es un&nbsp;<strong>material aislante y muy vers\u00e1til que resiste a los impactos, desgastes y a la corrosi\u00f3n<\/strong>. De ah\u00ed que est\u00e9 presente en la industria qu\u00edmica y sea uno de los&nbsp;<a href=\"\/\/\/Users\/lauragarcialinero\/Desktop\/blog.ph-technology.net\/principales-componentes-en-plantas-desaladoras.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">principales componentes en plantas desaladoras.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nylotron<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un pl\u00e1stico t\u00e9cnico excelente en tanto que posee cualidades como dureza, resistencia a impactos, desgaste, abrasi\u00f3n, vibraciones, \u2026 Adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;<strong>\u00f3ptimo para resistir el calor y contra sustancias qu\u00edmicas.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POM-C<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este pl\u00e1stico de ingenier\u00eda es posible encontrarlo en diferentes sectores debido a sus grandes propiedades. En la&nbsp;<strong>industria qu\u00edmica destaca por su gran resistencia a productos como \u00e1lcalis, disolventes y combustibles<\/strong>.
