Aplicaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Torre de evaporaci\u00f3n incluida en un circuito cerrado de refrigeraci\u00f3n en una planta qu\u00edmica.
Por tratarse de un circuito cerrado, se recuperan aguas de proceso con presencia de agentes corrosivos.
El soporte estructural de la torre fue fabricado en chapa de A\u00baC\u00ba, as\u00ed como la estructura soporte del relleno (en tubo de A\u00baC\u00ba).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caracter\u00edsticas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Las dimensiones de la torre son 30 x 7 x 6 mt, lo que ofrece una superficie total revestida de 650 m2. Tambi\u00e9n fue revestida la estructura soporte del relleno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los trabajos realizados por PH Technology inclu\u00edan la aplicaci\u00f3n del revestimiento anticorrosivo de paramentos y estructuras, la fabricaci\u00f3n del sistema de tuber\u00edas internas de alimentaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, el montaje final de la torre, as\u00ed como la subcontrataci\u00f3n de la fabricaci\u00f3n de los elementos en A\u00baC\u00ba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condiciones de operaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La torre de evaporaci\u00f3n estaba dise\u00f1ada para recibir el fluido de operaci\u00f3n a una temperatura m\u00e1xima de 37\u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el agua a refrigerar hab\u00eda presencia de fluor, f\u00f3sforo y \u00e1cido fluosil\u00edcico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Material<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El revestimiento fue fabricado en material FRP en base a resina vinilester tipo bisfenol-A DERAKANE 411\/350 en todo el laminado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El espesor total del revestimiento es de 5 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El sistema de tuber\u00edas interno de alimentaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n fue fabricado en PP-H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
