SETA PH Technology SL, is the company resulting from the merging of two societies with important references in the water treatment sector.
The agreement has been announced by the management of both companies, after being formalized on November 30.
SETA PH Technology will have the know-how, technology and commercial structure of Grupo Seta, in addition to the manufacturing capacity offered by PH Technology. As a result of the merging, the activity of the new company will be run at two different facilities. The comercial and technical headquarters will remain in Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid) while manufacturing will be held in San Juan del Puerto (Huelva).
Grupo Seta, former of Spanish Society of Water Treatment SL, was founded in Madrid in 1963, having been a benchmark in terms of innovation in the water sector since its origin. This continuous commitment to R + D + i has led to a broad presence in international markets, with its own technology and a high level of competitiveness.
As for, PH Technology SL this company inherits the experience of Plásticos Huelva which, since its foundation in 1984, specialized in the treatment of engineering plastics, having subsequently diversified its activity into other sectors such as water treatment, in which it has achieved a great renown as equipment manufacturer, participating in important national and international projects.
SETA PH Technology, which will maintain the management team of the merged companies, will focus its activity on the design, manufacture and commissioning of plants for water treatment, from containerized and / or modular type equipment to turnkey projects , which will cover both the demand for water suitable for human consumption, as well as industrial water: purification, desalination, demineralization, etc.
